1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or purchasing from Bharat Beyond Borders, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
2. Product Information
We sell vegetarian food products, including pickles, groceries, sweets, and fruits.
Images are for representation only; actual products may vary slightly. Taste, texture, and appearance variations are natural and not defects.
Imported Products: All products are imported from India and comply with UK food safety and allergen labelling regulations. Labels are in English, with ingredients and allergens clearly highlighted. Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance or transportation delays.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in GBP and include applicable UK VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Payments must be made through approved payment methods only.
4. Orders & Cancellations
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. Cancellations are allowed before dispatch only. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled due to the perishable nature of food products, which are exempt from statutory 14-day cancellation rights under UK consumer law.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary by location.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners, weather, or unforeseen circumstances, including customs clearance.
- Customers must ensure availability at the delivery address.
- Risk passes to the customer upon delivery.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of food products:
- No returns or refunds are allowed for opened or used items.
- Refund or replacement may be provided only if:
- Wrong product was delivered
- Product was damaged during transit
- Expired product was received
- All issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with proof (e.g., photographs).
7. Storage & Consumption Responsibility
Customers are responsible for proper storage after delivery and following product instructions. We are not liable for spoilage due to improper handling.
8. Allergy & Health Disclaimer
Products may contain or come into contact with the following allergens: cereals containing gluten, eggs, milk, nuts, peanuts, soybeans, sesame seeds, mustard, celery, lupin, molluscs, crustaceans, fish, sulphites. Customers with allergies or medical conditions should consume cautiously. Overconsumption is not advised.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, images, logos, and branding belong to Bharat Beyond Borders and may not be used without permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms affects statutory rights under UK law.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website or purchase of products indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
